The company was founded by Charles-Etienne Carton, Chairman at WTC Future Initiative, Managing Director at WWCS World Wide Card Services and CEO Founder at Orton International Financial Services, jointly with Michael Pope, Marine Consultant, with 36 years experience in the Yachting industry.

Elite Riviera primarily deals with the security requirements of its own select clientele and jointly with Elite Maritime Protection Services Limited, provides protection services to commercial shipping and private yachting, against piracy and terrorist threats worldwide. The company also provides tailor made private security and close protection to companies and high net worth individuals against all kinds of threat and possible kidnap situations.
